I seem to be using a lot more hoisin sauce in our meals lately and why not make salmon extra delicious with this recipe:

What You Will Need:

–   2 Tbsp hoisin sauce

–   2 tsp soy sauce

–   1/2 tsp dark sesame oil

–   4 skinless salmon fillets

–   1 tsp sesame seeds

–   Cooking spray

What You Will Need to do:

1.   Preheat your oven to 400°F.

2.   In a bowl, combine the hoisin sauce, soy sauce and dark sesame oil together.

3.   Next, add the fish to the bowl and let marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes, turning half way through.

4.   Remove fish from marinade and place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

5.   Sprinkle fish evenly with sesame seeds and bake for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
