Turkey and Cranberry Pizza Recipe


This is a delicious and very easy recipe that combines all my favourites from Christmas dinner:


What You Will Need:

–   1 soft Italian or French bread loaf, but lengthwise in half

–   2 cups of canned whole cranberry berries, sauce

–   ¾ cup of sliced green onions

–   ¾ cup of grated mozzarella cheese (or more if you really like cheese)

–   ½ pound turkey, cut into strips


What You Will Need to do:

1.   Preheat your oven to 375°F.

2.   Place bread on baking sheet.  Spread the cranberry sauce over the bread.

3.   Distribute the green onions and turkey next on the cranberry sauce.  Sprinkle the cheese on top.

4.   Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is starting to turn light brown.


Spiced Cranberry Sauce Recipe

This is a recipe that changes up the normal cranberry sauce:

What You Will Need:

–   1 cup of sugar

–   1 orange

–   1 stick of cinnamon

–   1 cup of apple cider (or red wine)

–   ¼ tsp of cloves

–   ¼ tsp of salt

–   ¼ tsp of cayenne pepper

–   1 package of cranberries


What You Will Need to do:

1.   Peel orange and cut into very tiny slices.

2.   Squeeze orange juice into a saucepan.  Add the sugar, apple cider, cloves, salt, cayenne and cinnamon.

3.   Bring contents of saucepan to a boil until it becomes syrup.

4.   Add the cranberries and orange rind and continue to let it simmer however keep stirring.  This will take about 10 minutes.  Let contents of pan cool down and then place in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve.



Cranberry Meatballs Recipe



Since Thanksgiving is around the corner and cranberries are on everyone’s mind, I thought this would be a great recipe to share.


What You Will Need:


–   4 beaten eggs

–   1 cup of crushed corn flakes

–   1/3 cup of chilli sauce

–   1 tsp of dried parsley

–   1 Tbsp of soya sauce

–   2 Tbsp of dried onion flakes

–   8 beef burger patties

–   ½ cup of crumbled Ritz crackers

–   1 packaged (8oz) of cream cheese

–   1 cup of Russian salad dressing

–   1 can (16oz) of cranberry sauce

–   1 tsp of brown sugar

–   1 Tbsp of lemon juice



What You Will Need to do:


1.   Preheat your oven to 350°F.  Spray two cookie sheets with cooking spray.


2.   In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, corn flakes, soya sauce, chilli sauce, dried onion flakes, parsley flakes, beef burgers, Ritz crackers and cream cheese.


3.   Once the contents of the bowl are completely mixed together, makes 1” sized balls and place on the cookie sheets.


4.   Bake the meatballs for between 20 to 25 minutes.


5.   While the meatballs are baking, place the cranberry sauce, Russian dressing, brown sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan.  Stir frequently until everything is melted and mixed together.


6.   Once the saucepan contents are ready, add the cooked meatballs and let simmer for at least 10 minutes before serving so that the cranberry mixture and absorb into the meatballs.

Cranberry Vinaigrette

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, I thought this was a fitting recipe to enjoy.


What You Will Need:

–   1 Tbsp of Dijon Mustard

–   ½ cup of Cranberry Sauce

–   ¼ cup of Virgin Olive Oil

–   ¼ cup of Raspberry Wine Vinegar


What You Need to do:

1.   Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until all the lumps are out.

2.   Now, place in container and refrigerate until you’re ready to enjoy.




Cranberry Dinner Recipes

Here are some dinner recipes to help you out that have cranberries in them:


Slow Cooker Cranberry Turkey Breast

Ingredients You’ll Need:

–  1 can cranberry sauce

–  1 package dry onion soup mix

–  1/2 cup orange juice

–  3 pounds boneless turkey breast



1.  Mix cranberry sauce, onion soup mix and orange juice together in a bowl until everything is well combined.


2.  Put turkey breast into slow cooker and pour mixture on top.


3.  Set the slow cooker on LOW and cook until turkey breasts are tender.  Roughly 7 hours.

Cranberry-Barbecue Pork Ribs Recipe


Ingredients You’ll Need:

–  3 pounds pork loin back ribs

–  1/2 teaspoon salt

–  1/2 teaspoon pepper

–  1 can of cranberry sauce

–  1 bottle of Heinz Chili Sauce

–  2 tablespoons minced onion

–  1 tablespoon red-wine vinegar

–  2 teaspoon minced garlic



1.  Cut ribs into 2-rib portions.

2.  Place in slow cooker covering entire bottom.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3.  Stir together cranberry sauce, chili sauce, onion, vinegar and garlic.  Then pour over ribs.

4.  Set slow cooker on LOW for 6 – 7 hours or until ribs are tender.
