Cinnamon Glazed Almond Recipe

Make this snack to enjoy any time of the day or night.

What You Will Need:

–   1/3 cup of butter

–   2 egg whites

–   1/2 tsp of salt

–   1 cup of sugar

–   3 cups of whole almonds

–   4 tsp of cinnamon

What You Will Need to do:

1.   Preheat your oven to 325°F.

2.    Place butter in a jellyroll pan and melt butter in the oven.

3.   In a bowl, beat the egg whites and salt together.  Slowly add the sugar.

4.   Gently fold in the almonds and cinnamon.

5.   Pour almond mixture onto jellyroll pan – toss with butter.

6.   Bake for 40 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes, until the almonds become crisp.
