Crunchy Orange Fish Fillets Recipe

We aren’t big seafood eaters in our home but I’m trying to get better so I’m always on the lookout for tasty ideas. Here’s one that is asked to be made again and again.

What You Will Need:
– 1 pound fish fillets
– 2 cups cornflakes cereal or I have used Special K too
– 1/4 tsp grated orange rind
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp tarragon
– 1/8 tsp pepper
– 1/4 cup chopped parsley
– 1/4 cup butter

What You Will Need to do:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Place the cereal in a shallow dish and mix with the orange rind, salt, tarragon, pepper and parsley.
3. Dip each piece of fish in melted butter and then coat with cereal mixture. Once completed coated, place on a foil covered baking sheet.
4. Bake for 25 minutes or until fish becomes flakey, when tested with a fork.

About Dino
There are many things that I love to do. One of those things is crafts! If I could find a job that involved crafts and being able to pay the bills, I'd be all over it! I've also found a great love for cooking and baking in the past few years. Sometimes there doesn't seem to be enough time in the day to be able to fully get into cooking and baking to the degree that I would like to. I've also found myself making a HUGE effort to save my family money. I'm still a beginner but I'm surprised at how many different ways I've found to save money, including starting to use coupons! I hope you enjoy all that I'm about to share.
