Tomato-Basil Turkey Casserole Recipe

Have some leftover turkey or just love turkey as much as I do? Here’s a good recipe to try:
What You Will Need:
– 2 cups of a pasta of your choice (I usually use penne)
– 2 cups of diced cooked turkey
– 1 ½ cups of tomato pasta sauce (if you like pasta very saucy, add extra sauce)
– 1 ½ cups of sliced zucchini
– 1/4 cup of canned olives
– 1 tsp of dried basil leaves
– 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
What You Will Need to do:
1. Preheat your oven to 375ºF.
2. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.
3. Cook and drain the pasta as indicated on the package.
4. In the casserole dish, mix pasta and all of the ingredients except the cheese.
5. Cover the dish and bake for 30 minutes.
6. Sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes longer or until bubbly.
