Turtle Peanut Butter and Toffee Cookies

Hmmm, I love turtle cookies! Here is the recipe below to make your own:
 
What You Will Need:
– 1/2 cup of butter
– 1/2 cup of brown sugar
– 1/2 cup of sugar
– 2/3 cup of peanut butter
– 1 egg
– 2 cups of flour
– 2/3 cup of toffee bits
– 2/3 cup of chopped peanuts
– 2/3 cup of chocolate chips + another 2/3 cup of chocolate chips
– 1 ¼ cup of vanilla caramels
– 3 Tbsp of whipping cream
 
What You Will Need to do:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Beat together the butter, brown sugar, other sugar and peanut butter until it becomes creamy. Then beat in the egg.
3. Now add the flour and continue to beat until everything is mixed together well.
4. Do not blend but stir in the toffee bits, peanuts and 2/3 cup chocolate chips.
5. On an ungreased baking sheet, make tablespoon sized balls with the dough.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cookies become golden brown.
7. In a microwaveable bowl, mix the caramels and 3 Tbsp of whipping cream together and place in the microwave for about 30 second, stir and continue until completely melted. Take out of the microwave and stir in the vanilla.
9. With a spoon, drizzle the caramel mixture on the cookies.
8. In a separate bowl, melt the remaining chocolate chips in the microwave for about 30 second, stir and continue until completely melted.
10. Now with a spoon, drizzle the melted chocolate overtop of the caramel on the cookies.
