This dip is great when it is served with crackers or various types of bread:
What You Will Need:
– ¼ cup of finely chopped onion
– 1 finely chopped clove of garlic
– 1 package (250g) of cubed cream cheese
– 1 cup of half-and-half
– 2 cups of grated Gruyere cheese
– 2 Tbsp of horseradish
– 1/3 cup of fresh parsley
– 8 pieces of bacon, cooked and chopped into small pieces
What You Will Need to do:
1. In your slow cooker, mix both cheeses, onion, garlic, and half-and-half together.
2. Cook on LOW for 2-3 hours.
3. Next, stir in the bacon, horseradish and parsley. Cook on HIGH for about 15 minutes.
Best served when it is still hot and served with bread and/or crackers.
