Since cranberries are all around us right now, I thought you would enjoy this recipe:
What You Will Need:
– ½ cup of chopped onion
– 2 tsp of fresh ginger
– 1 clove of garlic
– 1 Tbsp of olive oil
– 1 cup of cranberry sauce
– 1 cup of ketchup
– 2Tbsp of red wine vinegar
– ¼ cup of lime juice
– 2 tsp of chipotle powder
– 1 tsp of cracked black pepper
What You Will Need to do:
1. In a skillet, sauté the garlic, onions, and ginger in the olive oil until the contents have become tender.
2. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
This can be kept in a refrigerator for at least a week.
