Turkey Meatloaf Recipe

Since turkey is on my mind right now because of Canadian Thanksgiving, I’m on a mission to find a bunch of great recipes.  Here’s one that’s a great alternative to ground beef meatloaf.

What You Will Need:

–   2 cups of ground turkey

–   1 cup of rolled oats

–   1 cup of bread crumbs

–   ½ cup of chopped onion

–   ½ cup of chopped celery

–   ½ cup of chopped green pepper

–   ½ cup of tomato sauce

–   1 egg

–   ½ tsp of salt

–   ¼ tsp of pepper

–   ¼ cup of canned mushroom soup

What You Will Need to do:

1.   Preheat your oven to 350°F.

2.   In a bowl, mix the egg into the ground turkey.

3.   Add all of the other ingredients in with the ground turkey except the mushroom soup.

4.   Place contents of the bowl into a greased loaf pan.

5.   Spoon the mushroom soup over the contents of the pan.

6.   Bake for about 60 minutes.

About Dino
There are many things that I love to do. One of those things is crafts! If I could find a job that involved crafts and being able to pay the bills, I'd be all over it! I've also found a great love for cooking and baking in the past few years. Sometimes there doesn't seem to be enough time in the day to be able to fully get into cooking and baking to the degree that I would like to. I've also found myself making a HUGE effort to save my family money. I'm still a beginner but I'm surprised at how many different ways I've found to save money, including starting to use coupons! I hope you enjoy all that I'm about to share.
