 Shepherd's Pie Italiano

I’m always on the lookout for the best of the best recipes.  Out of everything that I’ve tried, I think I’ve found the easiest and most delicious Sheppard’s Pie recipe out there.  Here it is:

What You Will Need:

–   1 pound of ground beef

–   ½ of a medium onion chopped

–   2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables (for example:  corn, carrot and peas)

–   1 can of tomato soup

–   ½ cup of water

–   1 Tbsp of Italian seasoning

–   5 large potatoes

–   small amount of milk to mash the potatoes

–   ½ cup of graded cheese

What You Will Need to do:

1.   Brown the ground beef.  While doing so, add the onion and then drain.

2.   Add mixed vegetables, soup, water and Italian seasoning together.

3.   While doing the first two steps, boil the potatoes.  Then mash potatoes.

4.   Pour contents from the first two steps into a 2 quart casserole dish.

5.   Top with the mashed potatoes.

6.   Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

7.   Place cheese on top and place back into oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

About Dino
There are many things that I love to do. One of those things is crafts! If I could find a job that involved crafts and being able to pay the bills, I'd be all over it! I've also found a great love for cooking and baking in the past few years. Sometimes there doesn't seem to be enough time in the day to be able to fully get into cooking and baking to the degree that I would like to. I've also found myself making a HUGE effort to save my family money. I'm still a beginner but I'm surprised at how many different ways I've found to save money, including starting to use coupons! I hope you enjoy all that I'm about to share.
